Though the shooting was already wrapped up in January, there has been no official confirmation regarding the release date yet.
Thus, if the series gets postponed, we expect it to air by the end of this year or earlier in 2024.
The Boys: Plot of the series
The Boys revolves around the group of superheroes, who are against the individuals who misuse their capacities.
The first season involves a team of watch committees who takedown self-serving superheroes. Hughie joined the group. The Boys were to take revenge with The Seven, the corrupt superheroes.
The fans expect the cliffhangers of season 1 to end in season 2. Also, we are sure that there would be some new unanswered questions at the end of season 2, which will keep the fans eager for season 3.
There has been no official statement regarding the plot of season 2 yet.
