RuPaul’s Drag Race, Season 12, has premiered on VH1 on February 28, 2024. This is a show under the judgment of RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Ross Mathews, and Carson Kressley. It is a show with a highly anticipated new season. It brings together thirteen fabulous queens to vie for the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar.” The winner will win a cash prize of $100,000. So, here is the guideline of Repaul’s show.

The filming began in late July 2019. The cast was officially under the announcement on January 23, 2024, on Twitter with a pre-recorded event showcasing the queens. The promo theme was Red, White, and Blue.
The major reason was 2024’s American presidential election year. At the end of each episode, queens are seen holding signs with “Register to Vote”.

The contestant have to won the maxi challenge. Or have to be in the Top 2 in their premiere and won the lip-sync—the contestant who was in the Top 2 in their premiere but did not win the lip sync.
They were one of the two maxi challenge winners. The competitor was one of the best. But was unable to win the maxi challenge or place in the Top 2.
The contestant was one of the worst but was not up for elimination. The opponent placed in the bottom two, but neither one was in elimination. The contestant placed in the bottom two and won the lip-sync for your life.
The participant placed in the bottom two, lost the lip-sync for your life and can be in elimination. Here, Miss Congeniality voted the contestants by the contestants.
They returned and appeared on the reunion episode, but was out of the running. The contestant would be under disqualification prior to their premiere. And not invited to the season’s reunion or finale.
In season 12, Sherry got disqualified. For the same reason, it leaves Gigi Goode, Jaida Essence Hall, and Crystal Methyd as this season’s final three. As previously announced, those finalists will compete in a virtual finale on May 29 (VH1, 8/7c).
Because of the Corona Pandemic, there is no option but the virtual one. After the finale, the winner of Season 12 will be crowned.
