The seventh and last season of The 100 is growing in intensity as the Followers prepare for a climactic war, with just four episodes to go until the end, and the titles of these episodes have now been declared.
The episode titles include Season 7, Ep 13 “Blood Giant”; Season 7, Ep 14 “A Sort of Homecoming”; Season 7, Ep15 “The Dying of the Light” and Season 7, Ep 16 “The Last War”, which is the series end.
The words “last war” were previously learned in the tenth chapter of this season, titled “A Little Sacrifice”. Bill Cadogan, chief of the Second Dawn doomsday school, had recently returned from the past and revealed that he found records from the Bardoan civilization and translated the letters. The story read, “The orb becomes like a star, challenging all we have done and all that we are. Only then will the last war begin.”
Cadogan hoped that it meant the end of brutality…but he might have mistaken it.
This season, Clarke Griffin and her crew have been attempting to understand and use the Anomaly, a puzzling portal that exiles people to different worlds. At the same time, they must try to escape the Disciples, a militant group dedicated to Cadogan, and civil unrest has exploded in Sanctum. The murderous inquisitor Sheidheda has taken control of Russel Prime’s body through his mind drift, and his power is only growing.
The final episode will be the series’ one hundredth episode milestone, meaning that the series The 100 will end on 100.
The 100 stars Eliza Taylor, Marie Avgeropoulos, Bob Morley, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon, Tasya Teles, Shannon Kook, and J.R. Bourne. The series broadcasts on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
