It’s been almost a year since the first season of the American superhero film The Boys released. Fans have been waiting for The Boys Season 2 for long. Finally, the makers have given out some information about the same. Here’s what we know about it.

The series has been developed by Eric Kripke. It is based on the comic book by Garth Ennis. The story follows a team of vigilantes. This team fights against superpowered people who use misuse their abilities.
The first season premiered on Amazon on July 26, 2019, and was renewed for a new season soon after. But, after the announcement about the renewal, there was no update for a long time.

The creator and executive producer Eric Kripke himself gave all the updates about it on 16th May, 2024, on Twitter. After getting questioned continuously about the second season, Eric finally made an announcement.
