He was an antagonist in the last Shazam movie, and as of now, he has a new movie named after him, Black Adam.

When will the Black Adam movie release?
This movie will be the sequel of Shazam, and it was predetermined that both the movies will be interdependent. Shazam has already scored a big win on the Box Office, which leads to the conclusion that the fans will have to wait probably a bit longer.
Dwayne Johnson being the producer and actor of the movie, released a poster of Black Adam movie back in 2019. The poster showed that the movie would release on December 22, 2024, that is really a long time, but we can assume that the movie will be worth the wait.
Plot and Origin of the movie
The rivalry between Shazam and Black Adam is expected to be carried further in this movie as it is a spin-off or a sequel to the Shazam movie. Adam Sztykiel was hired to write for the movie in 2017, and since the filming was about to start in late 2019, then most probably, the writing is complete. The plot of the film has not yet been revealed officially.
