Dragon Ball Super is Japanese manga series and anime television series servers as a sequel to the Dragon Ball. It mainly features the powered Goku and his surrounding people. The Manga is written by Akira Toriyama and illustrated by Toyotarou. It first started the publishing on June 20, 2015 and goes on till the present with a total of 13 volumes now.

In the Dragon Ball Super Chapter 64, Goku’s extraordinary power, Ultra Instinct Perfected seems used against Moro.
Goku felt his Ultra Instinct powers during the Tournament of Powers. He could not take it over like it again after the first time. But after Goku’s encounter with Moro, he realised his powers. He took help from Angel Merus to redefine his powers.
Even after Goku’s long series of trial in Dragon Ball Super, he could not master the Ultra Instinct Powers. Instead, he learnt the Sign level of the technique from Merus. In a feud with Moro, Goku remained unable to prove his worth. Goku lost, and the Earth remained defenceless. Due to the situation Merus came and fought Moro. Hence, Moro now cannot steal powers. But, this fight affected Merus. The angel powers interfered with the mortal, and therefore Merus drove the authorities to Goku.
Now, Gokuin Dragon Ball Super can face opponents calmly with his new power of Ultra Instinct. He meets some difficulties with his other opponents, but he discovers more potentials in himself. He can also use the God Bind to stop his foes.
Goku worked a lot to develop his powers. He uses them to deal with the foes and protect his home. Now, by gaining Ultra Instinct, he became more powerful.

It first started appearing on V Jump, Japanese shōnen manga magazine. Shueisha is also responsible for the publication for this Manga.
The English version, for this drama, can be read on Viz Media. Viz started posting the Manga in English translations since, June 24, 2016., and published volumes since spring 2017.
