Why Is Ram Mandir Bhumi Pujan Such A Big Event?
Well, there’s no need to mention it, but just for the records, we’ll tell you why it’s a big deal for every Indian. The green flag for the construction of the Hindu temple meant the end of almost 134 years old Ayodhya dispute. Also, the conflicts between religious communities have remained one of the most long-lasting discussions in India.
So, after Babri Masjid Demolition and other infamous events in history, the main question in all our minds for years has been about if Ram Mandir will be built in Ayodhya or not. Ayodhya is the birthplace of India’s main deity, Lord Ram.
Ayodhya Verdict: The Final Decision
In November 2019, The Supreme Court Of India gave the decision in favor of Ram Mandir. This meant that the disputed land of 2.77 acres was secured for the construction of the temple. Also, 5-acres of land will be provided to the Muslim community for building a mosque.
