The anime Kingdom is a remake of a Japanese seinen manga series with the same name.
The anime comes under the production house of Pierrot. The first season aired from June 2012 to February 2013. Similarly, the second season aired from June 2013 to March 2014. After a long gap of six years, the anime is now renewed with its third season.
Funimation has authorized the license for the English dub version of the anime.

Episode 3: Recap
As the war begins, the Fei Xin forces charge towards Qin. Along with Li and Yu, the Zhao forces are present as the battle begins. Because of 500 years of conflict, the warring of states happen. Over 100 nations are reduced to down seven countries. These seven later became as Qin, Wei, Han, Zhao Qi, Chu, and Yan, the seven warring states. People ended up losing peace and calm in lives due to these progressing battles, as the fights have been continuing for quite a while. The Kingdom of Qin was supported by destiny as Shi Huangdi turned into its 31st king.
What is Season 3 all about?
Season 3’s plot will cover the storyline of the Kingdom manga’s 11th story arc “The Coalition Invasion Arc.” The allies formed by the Army of six nations against one nation, Qin. The Coalition Invasion Arc is led by Ri Boku, the prime minister and Great General of the state of Zhao and Shun Shin Kun, the prime minister and Head of Military Affairs of the State of Chu.
