The Fantastic Four will soon join The Marvel Cinematic Universe. A theory has recently surfaced suggesting that Tony Stark will have a connection with their origin in MCU. Here’s what we know.

After Disney acquired Fox, Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios has confirmed that they are planning for the Fantastic Four to enter MCU. Now, fans are eagerly waiting to see Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch, Invisible Woman and The Thing, debut in Marvel Cinematic Universe. So, everyone is fantasizing about how this would really happen.

What will be the story of the origin of The Fantastic Four?

Recently, many theories have been doing the rounds about this. Though no one actually knows how this would happen, let’s look at the speculations being made.

Speculations suggest that they might appear as the new owners of Avengers Tower or Stark. Also, Some theories about them joining hands with Nick Fury and working with SWORD have surfaced lately. In addition, there is a possibility that they’ll be shown stuck for decades in the Quantum Realm. Later, they will emerge again with their powers.

But, out of all the theories, the most believable one seems to be the one where Tony Stark is responsible for their origin. It suggests that Stark will play a vital role in the entrance of The Fantastic Four as a part of MCU.

Stark’s connection

Stark has been the face of MCU for a long time now and has saved the world innumerable times. Certainly, he’s the most iconic character of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Stark has mostly done good for the world but has sometimes caused harm unintentionally.

There is a possibility that Reed could create and innovate a technology that will help the Fantastic Four gain the power, with the help of the supply of cash by Tony’s Foundation Grant. Tony has some links with MIT (he joined MIT for 2 years) and Reed is also an MIT alumnus. So, this can establish a link there. Hence, Tony Stark seems to be the right bridge to take for introducing The Fantastic Four in MCU.

But, we can’t blindly accept this theory to be true. The angle of MIT in the story might just turn out to be Marvel’s usual habit of establishing tiny links every once in a while.

Whatever be the origin story, we’re very excited to witness The Fantastic Four in The Marvel Cinematic Universe.
